Charlotte Tooth
Charlotte is a Master Barre Trainer and founder of Body Bond Online, with over 15 years of experience helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to their bodies.
Known for her vibrant, positive approach, she blends her classical ballet background with strength and rehab-focused movement to support real, lasting results—both physically and mentally.
She’s worked alongside top London physical therapists, been featured in Women’s Health UK, and was named one of the city’s most inspiring PTs in Womens Health. Whether you're building strength, recovering from injury, or simply resetting after a busy week, Charlotte brings warmth, expertise, and a deep belief in movement that truly supports your life.
About your coaches:
Lauren Bates
Lauren is a fully certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience, rooted in her background as a professional dancer. She brings a deep understanding of movement and alignment to every class, helping clients feel stronger, more connected, and at ease in their bodies.
Known for her friendly and supportive coaching style, Lauren creates a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, encouraged, and empowered—no matter their experience level. She currently teaches in studios across Manchester and is passionate about making Pilates both effective and enjoyable for all.
