Founder of Body Bond Online
Charlotte Tooth is an internationally recognised fitness coach, celebrated for her expertise in Barre, Pilates, and TRX. Once a professional dancer, Charlotte now coaches clients globally from her virtual studio, Body Bond Online.
As a master trainer, Charlotte leads education courses for Personal Trainers and group class coaches throughout the UK and Europe. With her deep level of anatomy, physiology and psychology, Charlotte's aim is to improve the life of every single person she meets- through movement, education and effective coaching.
From centre stage to London’s billboards…
With a career that began in the world of professional dance, Charlotte performed in prestigious venues across the globe, including Her Majesty’s Theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, and Hamburg Opera House. Notable credits include performing in Phantom of the Opera, Peaky Blinders television series and an advertising campaign 'Get the barre butt' where her glutes were featured all over London Transport on large scale advertisements. Charlotte's favourite activewear brand, Varley, also featured her in their activewear collection as a ballet-fitness model.
She transitioned from the stage to the fitness studio, combining her balletic background with strength and rehabilitation work to help clients transform their bodies and improve overall health.
A foundation of knowledge
Charlotte holds a BA (Honours) in Dance and is certified in an impressive range of fitness disciplines, including STOTT Pilates, Barre Fitness, Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise, Anatomy Trains, and Myofascial Release, as well as Level 4 Personal Training. Her deep knowledge of postural assessment and injury rehabilitation, gained through years of collaboration with London’s top physical therapists, sets her apart as a leader in post-injury recovery and personalised fitness training.
From Hollywood to London
Known for her vibrant, positive, and technically detailed approach, Charlotte has spent over 15 years coaching clients—from Hollywood stars (think Pulp Fiction & X-Factor) to fitness enthusiasts—across London’s most exclusive boutique studios. Her sessions focus on delivering a transformative workout while educating clients about their bodies, ensuring they leave each class stronger, more knowledgeable, and empowered. Charlotte has held Master Trainer roles and devised education for the top London boutique studios, showcasing her diverse knowledge and ability to coach and nurture others.
Posture, Precision, Performance
Charlotte’s innovative approach to fitness combines the precision of dance with evidence-based strength and rehabilitation practices. She founded Body Bond Online, a unique fitness program that bridges the gap between the intricate grace of the dance world and the scientific rigor of personal training. Charlotte's classes focuses on movement intention, posture, balance, and muscle engagement—bringing together elegance and functionality for optimal results.
Her work has been featured in leading publications such as Women’s Health UK, Harper’s Bazaar, Tatler, Boots UK, and Vogue. She was voted one of London’s most inspiring personal trainers by Women’s Health and has been commended by Tatler Magazine for her outstanding postural rehabilitation work.
Outside of coaching, Charlotte trains in Jiu Jitsu and loves to spend time in nature interacting with as many friendly dogs as possible. If she is not reading books about the human body, taking a class or adventuring around the world, you can find Charlotte stretching, with her 'never-leave-the-house-without-it' massage ball!
