Charlotte Tooth
Charlotte Tooth has been a Personal Trainer, Master Instructor and leading coach in the London wellness scene for over 15 years. With a vast depth of knowledge in movement and psychology, Charlotte continues to improve bodies, minds and perky butts globally. Charlotte was a professional dancer for 15 years, who then qualified in a diverse range of subjects, most notably Pre/ Post Natal, Flexibility Training, Barre, Pilates and TRX.
Sam Antonen
Sam Antonen is a World-Class Mental Performance Mastery Coach. Sam provides his clients clarity, support and direction so they can perform at their best when it matters the most. Sam has worked with clients all over the world (United States, Finland, Netherlands, Hungary to name a few). His clients have collected World Championships and include Champions League athletes and Football World Cup runner-ups.
Krystal Say
Krystal Say is an international Yoga Teacher, educator, and retreat leader. She has traveled to over 10 countries bringing mindful movement practices to individuals ready to enhance the way they feel and live. Forever a student, Krystal has her degree in Exercise Science and brings a holistic approach as a certified Health Coach, 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher and Integrative Coach. She is the owner and operator of SWEAT Power Yoga, a transformational movement studio using yoga, self-exploration, and meditation to fuel an authentic and inspired life. She aims to inspire the community to use these practices to cultivate awareness, peace, and the means to live your life with purpose.

YES! We have over 120 videos on the platform ranging from 10 minutes all the way up to 60 minutes. Please plan which classes you want to take and track them so you know when you have achieved what you set out to do!
We have many BBO members who take our challenges remotely, so you would be joining them on their journey to health & wellness!

YES! Barre is beginner friendly and our Instructors are expert at ensuring all levels are challenged and supported during classes! All classes are shown in your time zone, wherever you are in the world.
All classes are beginner friendly apart from BarreHR, which I would only look to do after completing 5 or more Barre classes.
Also, please remember that we don’t just do barre- we also have classes in pilates, trx, strength, flexibility, breathwork and more!!

If you have a mat, chair, two light weights and resistance bands, this is the most ideal set up!
We often use a ball but you can use a cushion or a soft toy, and then a block but you can substitute this for a book!
If you do not have any of the above, you will still have a great class and we will help you get a great workout, even without the props.

Absolutely! We encourage you to do the challenge with somebody as you will have a greater sense of accountability.
Each person who joins the challenge will need a membership, so ensure that they are signed up on the platform & they have their own account.

This challenge pack has been designed to help you gain some consistency and momentum.
You will get access to the challenge for the 21 Days (20th Jan-9th February) and then your 3 month pack will start immediately afterwards.
Your membership will then expire on 9th May 2025, unless you choose to stay on board with us on our monthly membership.
